I have had an OUTSTANDING experience with one of your land specialists. Clyde Hutchinson has been nothing short of stellar while brokering a transaction for a relatively small property (50 acres). His commitment to completion and attention to detail have made this purchase feel simple and enjoyable. I know he has many larger listings, but he has treated this transaction as though it's the most important property in his portfolio. While this parcel is a small addition to my adjoining farm, it will have a special place in my mind simply because Mr. Hutchinson treated it with the attention deserving of a 500-acre piece of prime Kansas whitetail habitat.
