Zach gave us a 'heads up' when properties became available that he thought we may be interested in. He did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each property that was available. He met us at the first of two sites that we wanted to see and arrived before our appointment time, which we greatly appreciated. We felt that he was honest with us and had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Zach was easy to talk to and communicate with. He was prompt to answer questions (which we had a lot of).
