I just sold my 240 acre farm in Dallas County.  I had had it listed with some local real estate offices for quite a long time.  Due to the lack of activity, I contacted Steve Mott with Whitetail Properties.  Steve came out and thoroughly toured the property, found the history of the property, and what my goals and expectations were as a seller. Steve elicited the assistance of an associate, Brian Utecht who was geographically located closer to the farm.  They went to work, got the land up on the website, and within a few weeks I had a number of showings, and a solid offer.
