Brice was always available to help me. Initially i was interested in a parcel and made an offer but was outbid but Brice continued to keep me informed of new acreage when it became available. Eventually he found me a similar property just north and met me out there to walk it. i made an offer the same day. Brice is knowledgeable, available and hardworking. I would highly recommend him and use him again if I am in the market to buy again.
