We have owned hunting property in Northeast Kansas for just over 3 years now, and we absolutely love it. However, we always kept an eye out for something closer to my parents' farm in North Central Kansas. I checked your website on a daily basis for months, maybe closer to a year. One day a unique property popped up only a half mile from my parents' farm. It just felt right, so I contacted Colin and expressed my interest. We stayed in contact for close to a year. We talked a lot. He met us for a walk through early on, and then arranged a solo walk through for me months later. Colin was always available when I needed an update, or sometimes just to shoot the breeze. I consider Colin a friend. Other properties popped up, but we just kept coming back to this one every time. Well, the stars finally aligned and amazingly, the property was still available. Maybe it was destiny. Colin connected me with a local farmer which was instrumental in making the final deal. Once we pulled the trigger, Colin made the process so easy. There was never any pressure. Colin was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a good listener. It doesn't take long to realize how passionate he is about what he does. It was a no brainer when we decided to sell the Northeast Kansas property. Colin was our guy.
