From the start, I knew our situation was going to be tricky to handle. I had worried that our agent would want to back out, but she always held her own and was professional when at times, it would have been difficult. Marlee navigated it like a pro & helped us sell our property in good timing, considering the time of the year it was listed and the condition of the property. I am very satisfied and would recommend her to others!
