Working with Lance Ballard from Whitetail Properties was honestly one of the best parts of our entire land-buying experience. From the very beginning, Lance was super helpful with my wife and me, always quick to answer questions and incredibly easy to communicate with. Anytime we had a message or concern, he responded right away and made sure we understood exactly what was going on.

What I appreciated most was how honest and transparent he was about the properties, the process, everything. We never felt like anything was being glossed over or ignored. He really went above and beyond for us. Lance took the time to drive us all over each property on his UTV, pointing things out and letting us explore without ever feeling rushed. He was patient, accommodating, and genuinely cared that we found the right fit.
