" We purchased the property in Flemington WV and wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Tre Kerns did. He went above and beyond for us. He answered any questions we had in a timely manner and handled every concern we had professionally. We had to move the closing a few times and Tre was very understanding and even went to bat for us to talk to the seller to accommodate us. He spoke to the title company multiple times to make sure the Deed was clean and written the way we asked and he worked to get a right of way lien terminated off of the property. We really enjoyed working with Tre he treated us like a friend and not just a client. We would highly recommend him and he will be the one we call when we are ready to sell our home in Clarksburg."
