Karl was great to work with. He was so accommodating and willing to meet with us at times and places that were most convenient for me. My brother and I were co-buyers and Karl often met up with each of us even when there were 50 miles between us. Karl was always respectful of my busy schedule and allowed me to do things on my timeline. Karl was great at keeping us updated as things were happening and always let us know when things changed. There are many things that need to be done behind the scenes, and I never had a doubt that Karl wasn't on top of everything. I would 100% choose to work with Karl again in the future and would be confident in giving his name out as a recommendation to others looking to buy or sell property.
