I feel compelled to send this note of appreciation for the hard work of one of your Whitetail Properties agents, Todd Mensing. My experience with your real estate company was a positive one because of Todd. I owned an 80-acre piece of hunting land in northern Minnesota. I had tried two other real estate agents from other, more local companies that made little effort to sell my land and no efforts to keep me informed. I realize my 80 was not pristine lakeshore and the real estate market in general, had hit the skids in my region, but I expected my agents to show some interest. That was two years wasted. When I contacted Todd Mensing of Whitetail Properties; I was met by an eager, educated and positive agent. Todd recognized the value of my property for all of its rustic, wild hunting qualities. He actually cruised my property with me. He took photos, kept notes and made a professional presentation of my land on your website. Todd also explained options as to how to offer my land for sale to best interest potential buyers. It did not happen overnight because, as I said, these were tough times for real estate. But Todd kept busy, kept positive and, very importantly, kept me posted. I was thrilled when he called me with a buyer! You have a good agent in Todd Mensing.
