I have only known Todd Mensing a short time as he recently handled the sale of some hunting land for me. He is very professional and also a very personable individual. 

I was pleased in every way with his handling of the property. He responded promptly when I contacted him, setting up an appointment to view the property a few days later on a Satruday morning, as this was convenient for me.  He walked the property and took a number of photos.  When the property was listed online, I thought he wrote a consise and accurate description of the property that preseented the best features to go along with the photos. 

A number of potential buyers responded and we were able to make a prompt sale at a satisfactory price.  I would not hesitate to use Todd's services again and recommend him without reservation.
