When Spenser initially contacted me, he had already done a mock-up of what the listing would look like. It was very detailed, and informative. He did an outstanding job of creating a narrative about the property that highlighted strong selling points and took photos depicting them. He let me know that he had a list of potential buyers to contact if I selected him for the project. He clearly and concisely explained what I could expect throughout the entire process from listing to closing. He kept me up to date with all aspects of showings, was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and provided excellent guidance regarding the various offers that came in. Because of his tireless preparation, drive to do the best job possible, and subsequent sale of the property in a most expeditious manner, I told him that in my opinion, he was the Tom Brady of real estate/property sales!
