Dean made listing and selling our property BEYOND easy! He worked around our schedule to meet us out there and view it. He never pressured us about choosing him or Whitetail Properties to manage us, he just laid out the process and gave us time to think about it. As soon as we made our decision to have him represent us, he went out and took pictures and drone footage and got it uploaded to the internet. There was not a lot of back and forth, he took care of everything. When we were negotiating cost with the potential buyers, he gave us sound advice and always respected what we wanted to do.
