Dan was super easy to work with. He was the seller's agent that I found online while searching for land in the Kansas City area. He didn't mind walking the property for a couple hours while I got a solid idea on where the property lines were. The guy is motivated and not lazy. He even gave me a nice gravity deer feeder after the closing. I'd definitely recommend Dan to anyone I know looking for some land.
