Our recent experience with Dalton Michael and Whitetail Properties was really exemplary! I reached out to Whitetail Properties in mid-December about one of their property listings and was directed to Dalton, who was well-informed and honest about the listing. That particular piece of land wasn't going to work for us, but after some discussion, he thought he had a different listing that might interest us. We just closed on that property yesterday, and I don't think we would have seen it without Dalton's recommendation! The whole process was simple, and he's been great at answering questions and keeping us informed.
