We worked with Tyler for over a year and a half. This is our 7th home and Tyler is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. He knows property and can answer questions about water, oil, septic, .... Most realtors cannot answer any questions. We fully trust Tyler and knew he was working in our best interest. We would recommend him to anyone. He was also so giving of his time, especially since we were looking in Durango and Tyler lives in Montrose.
