Mike was highly recommended by Marsh Point Construction in our very first consult to discuss a home build. During our meeting, they texted him my contact information and before we were even done I already had a voice mail message introducing himself. My husband and I had a great phone conversation with Mike conveying what we were looking for and we set up a meeting at a coffee shop to meet and discuss further. He immediately made us feel comfortable with his great big smile and friendly no pressure approach. He and I bounced properties back and forth until we found 3 we wanted to visit. All were in same area so we visited them all one Saturday morning and told us to think about it and let us contact him. We were very drawn to one and he met us back there again and we decided to make an offer. 

We had no idea how the offer process worked and Mike explained everything in detail, got answers to all our questions back to us in a beautifully executed concise detailed email addressing each concern individually. He was always available via a quick text or phone call every step of the way all the way to the closing and beyond.  He brought us gifts of Yeti cups and a WTP hat to our current home and we just saw him today at the new property when we met the builder to talk about home placement.

In closing, I would like to say Mike Galka is a valuable asset to Whitetail Properties. He genuinely cares about his clients and making sure the experience(which could potentially be extremely stressful!) is pleasant, streamlined, and stress-free. We are thrilled he is genuinely interested and engaged in the rest of our home-building journey.
