Dustin was great to work with. Very detailed and answered all our inquiries quickly. Our purchase was part of a big property that he was selling. We spoke privately with the owners, they agreed to subdivide their listing for us so we could add to our acreage. It seemed complicated at first and had many steps to do so. Dustin was great to get everything in order with our engineer and the township to make this happen. He was amazing to work with.
