Dan Bates at Whitetail Properties sold a property in about two days that I had been trying to sell on my own for three years, and for a better price. He was informative, helpful and sincere and of course, delivered positive results. He followed up with me on a regular basis and guided me through the entire process. I did not have to attend the closing, but received payment the following morning.
