When we listed with Brad Garrison last June, the property had already been on the market for 6 months with an agent who self-described as “the top listing agent in the county.” During the time this other agent had our listing, there was very little activity. When Brad took over, it was a little slow at first, but within a few months he had all three of our tracts under contract!
