I would like to let you know about the service I received from Bruce Witte. I owned 65 acres in Jackson County and it had been on the Market with another realtor for 6 years with very little activity or interest. I assumed it was because of the economy and a slow real estate market. I noticed that Bruce had listed some property near mine and I decided to give him a call. I liked what I heard and I listed my property with him. Bruce had the property listed for approximately a year. During that year, we had a lot of interested parties but we had a state trail that ran through the property making it difficult to sell. In April we received an offer that went to the title company and that’s when we found out we had an access issue with the property. Bruce went above and beyond his job as a realtor to help me get this issue resolved. He went out of his way to take pictures and measurements that I would need to put on my application for an easement with the DNR. Bruce put me in touch with the appropriate people whether it was the Real Estate agent for the DNR or Melanie from the title company to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to clear the title and we ended up closing on the property yesterday. I can’t thank Bruce enough for everything he did to sell this difficult listing not only will I use him in the future but I would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy or sell real estate!
