Our experience was incredible. Nate was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We had some troubles with our appraisal and the first person we went to was Nate for advice/guidance and he was so helpful. When it comes to buying land, it was super helpful having someone that was very experienced as this was something very new to us. I would highly recommend Nate to anyone looking to purchase land or sell land. We are excited for this opportunity and can't wait to share our plans and the deer we get out there. Nate truly cares about his clients, and we are very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him! If we are ever in the market for land again, we will for sure be calling Nate. We will also be reaching out to Nate when it is time to sell our house as he said he will give us a great reference to someone to help us at Whitetail Properties.

We are incredibly excited and amazed we are new owners of land, a purchase that will create a lifetime of memories that we didn't think would be possible for us for many years. The day we closed on our land we went immediately out there and let our 17-month-old run around and I cried happy tears thinking this is where we are going to build our dream home and continue making memories and traditions as a family. And of course, my husband was excited for the days he can go hunting out there. We can't thank Whitetail Properties for making this opportunity happen for us and we are so beyond excited to call our new piece of land home!
