I have purchased and sold many properties during my career. But I've never had such a great experience as this one. From the day I contacted Clint and we met in his brand new side by side and how set up and professional he was but yet so much fun and knowledgeable as well. I felt like I had known him for a long time and thought you were a friend. . I feel that we are now definitely friends. I feel if it wasn't for Clint and I working together and if we had just let the attorneys handle it it may have not had happened. He worked diligently to get this deal done.
