I first spoke with Chad Pangle and was very impressed with his experience and authenticity.

Chad recommended Jeff Phillips, of Roanoke, who lived closer to our land. Jeff did a terrific job. The day after we agreed to have him represent us, he drove up to our land, took pictures and made an excellent suggestion that we bush hog the property to make it more presentable, which we did. We listed in early August and had a contract by mid September. Jeff did an excellent job in listing the property, walking us through the negotiation process, giving solid advice, respected our decisions, and allowed for some limitations we had for religious observance. Jeff was competent and trustworthy and I’d highly recommend him.
