Working with Mike Turner was great. When I first met Mike to discuss the listing of the property he updated me on current market trends in the area that I was not aware of. Mike helped establish a listing price that was higher than I had expected. Mike made himself available to meet the potential buyers despite changes in scheduling on the buyers end. Mike walked the property with the buyers, all of the property. Because of his professional yet personal handling of the listing we had an offer with the first showing. Mike helped design a counter offer that was accepted with us getting more than we ever expected.

I have sold two other Michigan Thumb area properties in the past 15 years and used 2 other companies that I will not name but are well known in the area. Both took the listing, put a sign up and waited for buyer. Mike is proactive, not reactive. It takes a lot for me to endorse someone or a company but I will put my name on Mike Turner and Whitetail as the best company have ever dealt with.
