I cannot speak highly enough of Sean Maloy and his innate abilities for real estate transactions. This proved to be a frustrating transaction due to the sellers agent not doing their due diligence, their lack of communication and failure to disclose the issues that were discovered during the due diligence period. Sean had a plan for each situation as it came to our attention. He worked through a very difficult closing often helping to keep me centered and focused on the big picture. I highly recommend Sean Maloy and should we ever decide to sell our farm or make another land purchase, Sean will be the first person we call.
