We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Terry and Ryan! They knew the area well and appreciated our property's unique and special features. It was a rather complicated setup with several contributing factors, including multiple owners & entities, managed forest land, DNR issues, etc., and we knew from the beginning it was going to be a challenge to find a buyer. Terry and Ryan helped us to understand the ideas behind pricing the property but ultimately let us set the price. They kept us updated on the listing and even met with us regularly to review the metrics associated with our listing (website hits, duration of listing views, etc.). We expected this property to take a while (perhaps years) to sell, and we were pleasantly surprised when we got an offer in just a few months. Terry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with managing the offer and acceptance process. He spent many hours talking to me (and the others involved in the sale) to answer questions and ensure a smooth closing process. Some of the people involved in this process were difficult and needed extra attention, and Terry was the perfect person to keep things moving along. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Terry and Ryan again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell property that is either basic and straightforward or complex and unique.
