"My Land Specialist, Wyatt was the best! From day one of meeting with Wyatt he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail how this was going to work due to us having two different sellers selling two adjoining properties with one agent. Wyatt was always very personable and always made himself available to answer questions and concerns. Also, what I liked about Wyatt was that he listened to and took into consideration my thoughts and ideas as to how I wanted this woodland property to be sold. That was very important to me because this property had sentimental value. The sale of this property couldn't have gone any better, for we listed the property on Valentine's Day (2/14/24), had a lot of interest shown and about two weeks later we had a buyer with settlement on May 24, 2024 (my husband's birthday). It doesn't get anymore sentimental then that! The sale went super quick and smooth with an outcome price that left Bill (the other seller), Barry (my husband) and myself totally ecstatic! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd sell this property for over a million dollars. Couldn't have done it without Wyatt. He did a fantastic job!"
