"I just wanted to take a moment of your time to express our gratitude and appreciation for the tremendous service Tre Kerns provided us these last few months. Our first try at a property with Tre yielded a misrepresented easement by the seller (wasn't his fault...even the attorney didn't realize until we brought it to her attention). However, Tre navigated this situation with a high degree of professionalism and did everything possible for months trying to help us remedy the situation. We closed on a different property, yesterday. Again, Tre was helpful every step of the way. He spent hours showing us the property. He pointed out all the different species of trees and made us aware of the potential timber value. He found several springs on the property, and helped us locate best spots for building our future homes and ponds. I could name so much more, but the bottom line is we walked away so much more of an idea of how we could develop the property. Overall, I must say that Tre's ability to navigate all the difficulties that arose with these properties, his patience with our questions, his negotiation ability, and his timely follow through on getting us the answers we needed was above and beyond impressive. At times, I even got emails from him in the middle of the night. I have never seen a realtor who works as hard as Tre does. I know it is only human nature for most people to only write reviews when they want to complain, so many times those giving exceptional service like Tre do not get the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share with you our gratitude.When we are ready to sell our present home, Tre will get our listing."
