Ted and I decided to sell our property and enlisted Tre Kerns to help us with this task. The description of our property and the photos that accompanied it were remarkable. The lots were listed with Tre on Friday. He showed them three days later and we had an offer two days after that. Tre and Courtney Kniceley made the process seamless. Please note that we live in Maryland and the whole transaction was done online. That was much appreciated, as we would have had to drive four hours for closing.
