We recently sold our property through him in Parksville, New York and he was beyond outstanding in every way. We had tried to sell a few years ago and did not have anywhere near the professionalism that he showed us. The pictures he took and the video of the property were so impressive. The property was sold in a rather quick timeframe, and he followed up with us on every detail keeping us informed throughout the entire process, not to mention the courtesy and patience given to two seniors who are not familiar with the new processes of a closing. He did more for us than our own lawyer. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had; his communications skills are excellent.
