Steve was excellent. He was proactive and went beyond the call of duty to sell the property at a good price and address questions or concerns promptly and carefully as they arose. He was also trustworthy, and he looked out for our interests throughout the process. His knowledge was also very helpful. We chose him because of a combination of his knowledge/experience, his integrity, his willingness to work hard, and his enthusiasm about the property.
