"Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch was faced with an audacious task of selling an entire children’s home ranch site with facilities that were not of the “normal variety.” The ranch site included the following: 1) Homes (three) that were not designed for your everyday single-family dwelling, 2) A school facility that was a remodeled home, 3) A horse arena facility, 4)An out building with work shop, horse stalls and hay loft, 5) A chicken coop, 6) Two pavilions, 7) A large lake and a small pond, 8) A bunkhouse facility with RV hook ups, 9) a full-size outdoor basketball court, 10) A greenhouse, 11) Hunting ground acreage, and 12) A 40 acre hay field. Not your normal run-of-the-mill listing!

There were many options that were at our disposal for a realtor, but when I met with your agent-land specialist, Jeff Propst, the choice was very clear and apparent. He was the best choice and brought the most knowledge and experience to the forefront. Not only was he very insightful and professional, but he was keenly aware of our property, living only a very short distance away. It was a partnership in the making.

Besides being an audacious task in selling our property, the success of the sale was very important to our ministry. We were merging our two ranch sites, not to condense Shiloh, but to structure our ministry to grow! The successful sale would generate the needed funds to meet the growth trajectory we saw in the future. Jeff took the time to meet with me and discuss the various strategies we could utilize to market and sell our property that would bring those funds to Shiloh.

After guiding me through the decision to divide the 180 + acres into 6 parcels, we completed the appraisal process and put the 6 parcels on the market. Jeff reached out to his vast network of contacts that would be the best possible opening participants to purchase our properties.

The rest is history as they say. One by one, the parcels were sold and transactions were completed. Jeff did an awesome job each step of the way. Marketing, setting appointments for viewing, negotiations if needed for pricing, details concerning changes when appropriate, and closing the deal and final paperwork. Each point of the sales journey, Jeff was a great help and advisor.

Shiloh was very fortunate to have Jeff and Whitetail as partners in the past year’s journey of successfully selling all 6 parcels of land. Much more could be said of Jeff’s hard work and skill in seeing Shiloh through to reaching our goal of being the recipients of the funds to meet our future expansion needs. The only negative to the end of our partnership is that I won’t have as many opportunities to see and talk with Jeff!"
