Thanks so much for all of the help on my most recent farm sale in MO. It was a long fought, hard battle but your patience and professionalism really shined through. I've worked with some great agents through the years both on the buying and selling end of farm deals but none of them handled things quite as thoroughly as you did. I think the thing that I was most impressed with was the nearly constant communication to both myself and the buyer as to where we were in this process.
