I had the privilege of working with Bill Minor and Tom James recently on two land transactions. They represented me at an auction where I was able to purchase a dream farm. Their research of the area and evaluation of property value had me well prepared for the auction. With the purchase of the new farm, I was interested in moving my current property in a relatively short period of time. Their assessment of the market value of that property was spot on. Following the first weekend of showings, there were multiple offers on the property, which allowed for a quick closing. These guys know their business, are professional and truly put their client’s best interests first. This was a great experience all around!
