We found Mike via another property he had listed. While that property wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he did show us another property that was exactly what we were looking for. And he was amazing!! Ironically him and his family lived in the same neighborhood (which we didn't know until we asked if we could see it) but he truly was such a fantastic counselor/advisor - he was the one who said we should look in the Johns and James island areas, and he was 100% right. He was fantastic!!
