My mother had just passed away and we needed to sell the family farm as I live out of state in Tennessee. I called and spoke with.Eddie and he advised me how to go forward with selling the farm. Every step of the way when I had a question I felt comfortable contacting Eddie as he followed through with everything promptly. When we left Minnesota to go back to Tennessee where we worked remotely to handle all the paperwork. We couldn't have completed the paperwork without Eddie's help.
