We’ve had some experience with realtors and our expectations were pretty high. We’re proud to say that DJ exceeded our expectations in every way. From the time we listed to the closing date, DJ supported us throughout the process. He listened to our goals and then worked to achieve those outcomes. He kept us informed the entire way, responded to all of our calls and texts, negotiated a deal that we’re extremely pleased with, and sat with us through the closing. We knew we were in the right hands when the old farmhouse on the property was broken into. DJ showed up immediately, stayed with us while we dealt with the police and fire departments, and then installed two of his own game cameras on the property. The thieves returned in the early morning hours the next day and were caught on camera. DJ didn’t hesitate to meet us out there again to support us.

We listed with DJ and Whitetail Properties, and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We hadn’t met him before listing but now consider him a friend. He’s great to work with and produces results.
