Bryan Thompson played a key role in helping us acquire our dream property. We searched for a long time to find the perfect property for our needs, and Bryan was more than helpful in that process. I think he showed us 3-4 properties over an eight-month span and he was always happy to spend as much time with us as it took to show us everything. He was well versed about each area and property he was showing - able to answer our questions, answering more than we even knew to ask.

When I say he played a key role in the purchase of our land, I mean that we absolutely could not have acquired it without him! It turned out to be a highly sought after piece, and he was willing to be there on very short notice and aggressively advocated for us. He showed up (as he always did) with a side by side so that we could see as much of the property as we could access. He spent hours showing us everything and even walked through the creek to get downstream pictures. When it came to making an offer, he was helpful but not pushy. And after the purchase he continued and continues to be available to us for questions we have. We are so thankful for him and appreciate all his hard work! Real estate commissions are hefty, but he was worth his weight in salt!
