Kyle was awesome to work with throughout the process!! This is family land that has three owners and he connected with the surveyor, lawyer and other key people through the process. Kyle spent time researching the land at the courthouse and driving to the property to talk with the neighbor for an easement access. I live in Texas, so getting there was tough for me, but he helped handle all things in Highland County. Kyle walked me through the process in dealing with family members and he was professional and worked the deal to perfection with our neighbor where all parties were satisfied with the outcome. I cannot say enough things about Kyle, this would not have gotten sold if it wasn't for him. Kyle definitely has to be one of your most valuable agents.
