Jay garner was my purchasing real estate agent and selling real estate agent for the same piece of land. He did a lot of searching for me as I am not local to that area I purchased in. He would tell me what each piece of land I wanted to look at needed and what he thought it could be worth on a grading scale 1-10. He was always available and helped me with people he knew. I would recommend or use him again.
