" I would like to take this opportunity to advise you and the members of the Whitetail Properties of the wonderful job that Kevin Yokum did in regard to the sale of property of Vernon Wamsley in October 2023. I worked closely with Mr. Yokum, and I must say he was the most professional realtor that I have ever work with, and I have worked with many over the past years. He was very prompt in advising us of any showings, activity, offers that transpired. He was very prompt in returning my calls and texts which was very appreciated. Also, I must add that, he was extremely kind and patient with my brother-in-law and sister who are elderly and that was such a wonderful and kind gesture. Both were very pleased with Mr. Yokum and will be contacting him and Whitetail Properties for any property sales they might have in the future. I would like to add one last thing, I would rate him and Whitetail Properties A+, and express how lucky you are, to have such a dedicated realtor on your staff."
