My fiance and I feel like we made a great decision in choosing Whitetail but in particular Jordan Couch as our land specialist for our purchase. From the time we interviewed him up until the week after closing he has been professional, informative, prompt, proactive and downright friendly- a true advocate. Making the right decision on your agent/agency representation is very important when your prospective property is large or the negotiations are complex. Our property was both of those as we had a lot of terrain to cover on two site visits and then the negotiation was complex in that we offered significantly less than asking. Prior to hiring Jordan we were laser focused on not making a poor decision on representation. We have much experience buying & selling single family homes utilizing brokers as well as by owner, however, our experience with land was zero. We certainly got the expertise we desired with Jordan and we couldn't have asked for more. He really went the extra mile and demonstrated honesty & integrity at every turn.
