I want to thank and compliment Brandon on his performance throughout the real estate transaction. He was tested by numerous setbacks and acts of omission by others that we could not control, and he maintained a positive outlook at all times. While I realize these inconveniences are not uncommon, he navigated those frustrating waters admirably. He definitely made sure to communicate regularly to ensure we were doing everything we could to ensure a successful outcome.
Another characteristic he displayed that left a strong impression on Cindy and me was his friendly, yet professional demeanor. He also obviously placed a high priority on delivering premium customer service as we discussed several times. His handling of the transaction always included a respectful and helpful tact, which was helpful and had an effect on our emotional well-being while working with him.
