"I reached out to Russell about a property for sale. After discussing about the property we found out that it was not something to pursue. He said that he would keep a look out for something I'd like better. A few weeks later out of the blue he called me and said he found a few properties, we schedule to look at them. Russell was the fist and only realtor that after talking about what I'm looking for in a property actually stood on their word and followed through.
