My wife Deb and I, and Deb’s brother, Rob and Susan, purchased property in PA from Whitetail Properties agent, property owner and seller, Scott Bixler, on March 19, 2021. For a few years it has been a goal of ours to purchase a forested hunting property and build a family cabin. We were fortunate to come across the Perry County listing that boarders Tuscarora State Forest in early February, and within 3 or 4 days walk the snow covered property with Scott Bixler, make the decision to buy on the ride home, and settle on the property all in a 5 to 6 week span. Scott was very attentive and responsive to our questions throughout the entire process, and he accepted our request without question for an early 7 am meeting in the law office of a close family friend. I speak for everyone in saying, thank you Scott and the Whitetail Properties team for the great experience you gave us. It has been a pleasure working with you. We are now one step closer to realizing our family goal!
