"Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch was faced with an audacious task of selling an entire children’s home ranch site with facilities that were not of the “normal variety.” The ranch site included the following: 1) Homes (three) that were not designed for your everyday single-family dwelling, 2) A school facility that was a remodeled home, 3) A horse arena facility, 4)An out building with work shop, horse stalls and hay loft, 5) A chicken coop, 6) Two pavilions, 7) A large lake and a small pond, 8) A bunkhouse facility with RV hook ups, 9) a full-size outdoor basketball court, 10) A greenhouse, 11) Hunting ground acreage, and 12) A 40 acre hay field. Buying property sight unseen is a very risky endeavor. Zeke Barrett has a honorable demeanor and a capability to provide a vivid description of the property. Even though I have not met Zeke in person, I can tell he is a good Christian and very trustworthy.

During our first conversation, Mark discussed how he tries to find and fulfill Buyer and Seller "goals." That stuck with me, because in a profession that tends to be quite transactional in nature, Mark's strategy is more people-focused.

He initially talked through the process with us, including strategies and potential timelines, so we knew what to expect right from the start. He took WONDERFUL photos of the property and land. Mark is a realtor who will get his boots dirty to get you the best shots. His land specialist knowledge really shines here.

As we progressed through the process, Mark provided helpful advice and information at each step. He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which is immensely helpful during situations where you may need to make decisions quickly. He's also just a friendly and positive person to work with, which goes a long way during what tends to be a stressful time in people's lives.

We ended up very happy with our outcome, and it didn't feel like a struggle at any point because Mark offered expert guidance along the way. I would definitely work with Mark and his team again.
