Wanted to say thanks for everything you did with helping us purchase the land around Garfield. I went out on 11/4 and got my biggest buck ever. Actually my second buck ever. It was pretty cool. I didn’t get out there until 7:30. At 8:00 I did some grunting and loud rattling and 20 minutes later this one come out of a draw at 29 yards. Rod worked incredibly hard to get this deal done after my attorney realized the sellers didn't have clear title to the property.
