Real estate transactions are complicated. Mishaps can occur that encumber or even derail a prospective sale. The buyer’s agents commonly make errors. Emmett reviewed each step of the sale processes with a fine toothed comb and was able to identify errors in the paperwork. He quickly took steps to correct the errors and kept the transaction on track. Emmett responded to any questions or communication from me in a very prompt manner.
