When I reached out to Whitetail Properties generically, I was put in touch with Taylor, who made himself available to show the property the next day. When we walked the property he was knowledgeable and provided good recommendations on both timber management and offer price. That was the only in-person meeting, after that our communication was via text or email. Taylor was polite while still keeping us on track toward getting an accepted offer. He was quick and responsive in submitting the Offer to Purchase and finalizing the contract. We didn't have much communication between contract and closing date, but that was fine because we didn't need to.
